THE BREW & FORGE BOOK FAIR IS OPEN!
Our 2024 Book Fair will run from Nov 20 - Dec 3, and funds will benefit Addameer!
Addameer Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association is a Palestinian non-governmental, civil institution that works to support Palestinian political prisoners, offering free legal aid to political prisoners, advocating their rights at the national and international level, and working to end torture and other violations of prisoners' rights. The Winter 2024 Book Fair is made possible through the donations of 130 individual authors, as well as the following presses: AK Press, Graywolf Press, Nightboat Books, Neon Hemlock, Kaya Press, Diode Editions, Small Beer Press, and Catapult Book Group. Thank you to everyone who volunteered with us or donated a book! A crew of dedicated volunteers runs the Book Fair every year, led by our coordinators. If you would like to volunteer for next year's Book Fair, email hello [at] brewandforge [dot] com! We're also always looking for recommendations for great orgs to nominate for funding.
All proceeds from the 2024 Brew & Forge Book Fair will go to the organization collectively chosen by the participating authors (Addameer), after web/processing fees and 5% to help cover B&F's operating costs.
